We are in the midst of creating a new product and marketing strategy. I continue to participate in this endeavor, which allows the employees to suspend judgment, and come up with imaginative and innovative ways to create this product along with the way we present it to the consumer. A group of us meet to discuss the product, and develop visual presentations to get an idea what we are trying to accomplish with this product.
The marketing manager encourages us to use our imaginations to think outside the proverbial box. We are able to be more subjective to express our personal feelings and preferences.
